Return Refund & Replacement Policy

General Returns Policy- 7 Calendar Days. 

The following general returns policy is applicable to all items sold on Mediaddy.com. All items with Fulfilled by Mediaddy.com. In general, an item may be eligible for return, refund /replacement within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

  • For damaged/defective items, items with missing parts or item not as described, replacement will be offered, if the issue is reported within 7 (Seven) days from the date of receiving of Items. Return and Replacement will be initiated within 3 days.
  • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
  • Has missing parts or accessories.
  • Is different from what was ordered.
  • Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible). Not eligible for return if the item is "No longer needed".
  • Replacement may be offered for the entire product or part(s) of the product.
  • Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned or replacement. View the full list of non-returnable items.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
  • We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category. For more details, please refer About Free Replacements.
  • If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Mediaddy.com shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.
  • Some items may not be eligible for return if you "no longer need it" (including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or damage product ordered or incorrect product ordered).

Return, Refund and Replacement policies in details:

At Mediaddy.com, we offer you hassle free 7 days Return policy. Please raise your complain through “My Account” or you may register your return complain by calling us at +91-8294502854 or e-mailing us at info@mediaddy.com.

No any question asked Return and Replacement Policy:

  • The product is not used or tampered with.
  • The product is in Re-Saleable condition.
  • Might be the only shipping/freight Charges will be deducted.
  • Replacement & Return and Refund are subjected after Quality Control department approval.
  • If Quality Control department fails then same product will be shipped back to the customer and Refund will not be done.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch:

  • If order is cancelled before dispatch, full Refund will be initiated within 48 hours of raising the Refund request. 

Order Cancellation After Dispatch:

  • Refund will be initiated within 2 days of the Returned goods received back in our warehouse, after deducting the shipping/freight and transaction Charges only.

Note :

  • No wallet credit or any other credit or masking of Refund like other any website.
  • However, we can give cash back if you want the Refund to be made in your wallet as mediaddy.com credit, shipping/freight charges will not be deducted and the wallet will be credited with full Refund, which can be used at any of your shopping within 24 months.

Return of the Product:

  • In case the order is damaged in Transit (at the time of receipt):
  • Your order will be replaced free of cost, once you refuse the parcel & mentioning on the courier return as damaged goods & retain the copy from the delivery boy and attach it to the Return Merchandise Authorization being raised.
  • Further, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the Returned goods received back in our warehouse.
  • However, full Refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
  • In case, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.

Note :

  • No wallet credit or any other credit or masking of Refund like other website or wallet.
  • However, we can give cash back if you want the Refund to be made in your wallet as mediaddy.com credit, shipping/freight charges will not be deducted and the wallet will be credited with full Refund, which can be used at any of your shopping within 24 months.

Order Received & Found Damaged (after opening the parcel, no damage note to the courier):

  • Send the photograph attached (of the damaged parcel box as well as the product) to the e-mail at info@mediaddy.com within 24 hours of the receipt of goods.
  • Raise the RMA (Return Merchant Authorization), only once the RMA department is approved, goods will be returned.
  • Order will be replaced free of cost, only if the default is from our end/ Courier partner.
  • Further, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the Returned order received in our warehouse & approved by the Quality Control Department.
  • However, full Refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made only in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and We cannot ship the products back to you.
  • In case, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.

Note :

  • Replacement & Refund are subjected after Quality Control department approval.
  • If Quality Control team fails then same product will be shipped back to the customer and Refund will not be done.

Wrong Shipment Made:

  • If Wrong Size/Flavor/Colour/Brand/Model delivered, the order will be replaced free of cost.
  • In that case, your replacement order will be dispatched within 48 hours of the Returned order received.
  • However, full Refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and We cannot ship the products back to you.
  • In case, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.

Defective Product Delivered:

  • Raise the RMA (Return Merchant Authorized), with 24 hours of receipt of the goods only once the Return Merchant Authorization is approved, goods will be returned.
  • In this case, your replacement order will be dispatched within 24 hours of the Returned order received.
  • However, full Refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
  • In case, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.

Used Product Received:

  • However, full Refund (including the shipping/freight charges) will be made in case the payment already made, if the product ordered is Out of Stock and we cannot ship the products back to you.
  • In case, not want to wait for the order re-shipment and wants to cancel the order, shipping/freight charges will be deducted.

Note :

  • No Return/Refund policy for any product(s) that is returned without all original Packaging & Accessories, including the box, Manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all.
  • Other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

When exactly will refunded money reflect in my account?

  • We will be processed your refund request from our side after 3 days of cancellation and it may further take up to 5-7 working days to reflect the amount in your account. However, in case you had made your payment using credit card, refund timelines may vary depending on nature of transaction and billing cycle.
  • If you still don't receive your refund amount even after 7 working days, then you are requested to wait for subsequent credit card statement or get in touch with your issuing bank or us to get clarity.

What will be the mode of refund?

  • Refund of all prepaid * order will be credited back to the same account which you have used while making the booking or placing the order.
  • Refund of postpaid / COD ** order will be done via Cheque / Demand Draft.
  • * Prepaid: UPI / Wallets Payments / Credit card / Net Banking / Debit Card / Gift Certificate / Payment / Reward points.
  • ** Postpaid: Cash on Delivery / Pay On Delivery Cheaque / Demand Draft.

Gift Coupon?

  • Promotional gift coupons are not refunded and non-promotional coupons will be refunded via new gift coupons for which you will receive a mail.
  • There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post /courier within 7 working days of receipt of your goods.
  • You have max. 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Us.
  • Please ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.
