This depends on what you order and where your order will be shipped to. All 'In Stock' orders are dispatched within 24 hours in business days, and 'Special Orders' are dispatched within 2-4 business days. All Indian order is delivered within 4-7 days except Sunday and Holidays. And All International order is delivered within 12-20 business days. If payment was made using Mediaddy wallet, we will refund the amount to the same. In case you made the payment using debit/credit card, net banking or UPI, we will refund the money to the source account.
It usually takes 5 to 7 working days, for the refund amount to reflect in your source account.
Your service provided takes two working days to update the final status. We request you to wait for 48 hours while our systems update the final status. In case your transaction fails, the amount will be automatically refunded to your source account, which will take 5-7 bank working days. Kindly raise a query via the my account option on your Mediaddy if you haven't received the refund after 7 working days.
Yes, you can add any bank account in UPI. The bank should be enabled on UPI i.e. bank should be UPI member bank.
Download transaction invoice feature is not provided by Mediaddy Wallet as of now but will be available in future versions of the product. However, you can view the details of all transactions made using the Mediaddy Wallet in the transaction history section of the My Account of Mediaddy.com. It shows details of Order ID, Amount, Merchant and Date. Going forward multi-tender details will also be incorporated in the customer transaction history view.
